Gavin is very sick. His mouth and rectum are full of sores. He is swollen and bleeding from his mouth, rectum, penis and even his eyes. Gavin is unable to breath because of the sores blocking his airway. The skin on his hands, underarms and around his neck has begun to peel away. His skin is many different colors due to the chemotherapy and the loss of skin. An IV has been placed in his head. Gavin is now a patient in the Intensive Care Unit. This picture may be hard to look at but it was the best he looked in a week. |
